The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) for the Purchase of Products and Services applicable in the country of establishment of the contracting LYB Group company apply and form part of any purchase order and/or agreement between such LYB Group company and a supplier, unless the relationship between them is already governed by an effective LYB (outline) agreement.
