Rules for Contractors
Suppliers shall perform their work in compliance with our Rules for Contractors, which include our environmental and safety legal requirements.
Suppliers shall confirm they accessed, reviewed, and understand the rules by signing and returning the Contractor Acceptance Form, which can be found at the end of the Rules for Contractors document. The acceptance form shall be returned to the LyondellBasell procurement representative, no later than ten (10) business days following the execution of a contract.
